Privacy Policy

EUC Dojo operates eucdojo.com and related programs including sweepstakes, rentals, and the VLTG token presale. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We don't sell your information or run advertising on this site.

What We Collect
  • Site visits — Cloudflare logs IP address, browser, pages, and timestamps as part of standard hosting. No ad trackers or behavioral analytics.
  • Forms — Name and email when you submit a contact or signup form. Processed through Web3Forms; not stored on our servers.
  • Sweepstakes entries — Name, mailing address, email, phone, date of birth, and optionally a wallet address if you claim the VLTG multiplier.
  • Wallet connections — If you connect a wallet for the VLTG multiplier, we record your wallet address and read your on-chain VLTG balance (Base network, chain ID 8453). Connecting a wallet is voluntary. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.
  • Presale / SAFT — Name, email, phone, payment details, and wallet address provided in your SAFT agreement.
How We Use It
  • Run sweepstakes — verify eligibility, conduct drawings, notify and deliver prizes to winners
  • Verify VLTG balances for entry multiplier calculations and the Drawing Date Snapshot
  • Respond to form inquiries and community signups
  • Fulfill presale obligations including token delivery and SAFT compliance
  • Comply with applicable law, including tax reporting for prize winnings
Sharing & Retention

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only when necessary:

  • Service providers — Web3Forms (forms) and third-party RPC/blockchain services (balance reads), limited to what they need to function
  • Prize delivery — Winner name and address shared with a shipping provider for fulfillment only
  • Legal — Disclosed if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
  • Winners list — First name, last initial, city, and state disclosed upon written request as required by sweepstakes law

Sweepstakes entry data is kept for at least 1 year post-drawing. Winner tax documents (W-9, affidavits) are kept for 7 years. Form submissions are deleted when no longer needed. Presale records are kept as required by financial and tax law.

Blockchain Data
Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. On-chain interactions tied to your wallet address are visible to anyone and cannot be erased by us or by you. This policy covers only the off-chain data we collect.

We read wallet balances solely to calculate sweepstakes multipliers. We have no access to your private keys or the ability to move your funds.

Additional

Cookies — We don't use first-party tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for performance and security.

Children — Our services are for ages 18+. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor's data was submitted.

Your rights — You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing JamesTate@EUCDojo.com. Some data may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Changes — If we update this policy, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
